2025 Memberships & Fees
Full Resident: for the wonderful folks who live in Goldendale and Centerville, this membership covers everyone in your household. $1200
Pro-Rated Resident: First time members joining after March 31st will pay a $136.35/month pro-rated rate. This is a one-time option for new members only.
Student/Junior: through age 23, enrolled in middle school, high school, college, trade school or military. $120
Out of Area: available to those who live outside Goldendale/Centerville. This is a single membership, may add a spouse for an additional $185 $800
Junior Executive: full resident membership for those age 36 and younger, add a spouse for $300 $650
Certificate Holder~Full Resident: after two consecutive years of full resident membership (Junior Executive does not qualify) you may purchase a certificate for $500 giving you access to governance, a discount on dues and merchandise. $1150
Golf Cart Storage (annual fee) Gas cart $240 Electric cart $315
GHIN (Handicap dues) $40 for Members $55 for Guests
