2026 Memberships & Fees
Full Resident: for the wonderful folks who live in Goldendale and Centerville, this membership covers everyone in your household. $1350
Pro-Rated Resident: First time members joining after March 31st will pay a $xxx/month pro-rated rate. This is a one-time option for new members only.
Student/Junior: through age 23, enrolled in middle school, high school, college, trade school or military. $120
Junior Executive: full resident membership for those age 36 and younger $750 | $880 w/spouse
Certificate Holder~Full Resident: after two consecutive years of full resident membership (Junior Executive does not qualify) you may purchase a certificate for $500 giving you access to governance, a discount on dues and merchandise. $1300
Golf Cart Storage (annual fee) Gas cart $275 Electric cart $350
GHIN (Handicap dues) $42 for Members $57 for Guests
